Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of RICHMOND. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by STEPHANIE L. REED to WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB , dated 06/25/2008, and Recorded on 07/02/2008 as Book No. 01182 and Page No. 1669, RICHMOND County, Georgia records, as last assigned to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $96,425.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the RICHMOND County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2015, the following described property: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF RICHMOND, CONTAINING 1.5 ACRES FRONTING 200.0 FEET, MORE OR LESS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF HORSESHOE ROAD AND BEING SHOWN AND DESIGNATED AS PART OF TRACT #17 ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA ON REALTY REEL 113, PAGES 2239 2246; REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS, COURSES, DISTANCES AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY.
