NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by CHARLES FREDRIC ANDREWS to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Bank Mortgage a Division of First Bank of Georgia, its successors and assigns, dated September 28, 2006, recorded in Deed Book 1081, Page 513, Richmond County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Federal National Mortgage Association by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1463, Page 1893 Richmond County, Georgia Records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $57,600.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2015, the following described property: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements there on, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being on the South side of Circular Drive and being more particularly shown and designated on a plat thereof prepared for C.F. Andrews by M.P. Phillips recorded in Deed Book 18 V at page 297 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia.
