NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, COLUMBIA COUNTY THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by ROBERT KEITH SHEARS and MARGARET H. SHEARS to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Bank Mortgage a Division of First Bank of Georgia, its successors and assigns, dated August 2, 2007, recorded in Deed Book 6136, Page 58, Columbia County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Federal National Mortgage Association by assignment recorded in Deed Book 9775, Page 73 Columbia County, Georgia Records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $300,000.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2015, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land with improvements lying thereon situate, lying and being in Columbia County, Georgia being known and designated as Lot 39, of Lenox Place Subdivision as shown on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia in PC A, Slide 126, No. 2; reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of the said property.
