Notice of Foreclosure of Right to Redeem
To: Shellie McDaniel and Shannon Sumner, and all other unknown heirs of Sheila A. Holloway, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC and other unknown parties with a legal interest.
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Ellijay, in the 11th District and 2nd Section of Gilmer County, Georgia, and being part of Original Land Lots 46 and 47, containing 0.80 acres, more or less, as per plat of survey for Sheila A. Holloway, by Joel Jordan, GRLS #2430, dated March 18, 1997, recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 30, Gilmer County Georgia records, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate legal description.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 25th day of May, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of April, 2014, is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1862, Page 434.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 25th day of May, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Brett Jones, Attorney at Law, PC, 146 River Street, Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
