TAKE NOTICE THAT: This is a Notice Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 48-4-46, To Foreclose the Equity of Redemption for Tax Sale Deed. The property is described as all that parcel of land being in Haralson County, Georgia; and being more particularly described as follows: See Exhibit “A” attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference thereto, and being also known as Street Address: 42.718 Acres off M Sanders Road, Buchanan, Georgia. The right to redeem the within and foregoing described property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five o'clock (5 p.m.) on July 6, 2015 or 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 48-4-45 et. seq., whichever is later. The Tax deed to which this notice relates is dated January 7, 2014, and is recorded in the public Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1097 at Page 200.
