CLASS:0970 G6-9443 Haynes 1148-2685A NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, HARALSON COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Jody L Haynes to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Synovus Mortgage Corp. dated 1/5/2007 and recorded in Deed Book 887 Page 239, Haralson County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Citimortgage, Inc., conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 118,548.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Haralson County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on July 07, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 240 of the 7th District and 5th Section of Haralson County, Georgia, being shown and delineated as Lot 18 of Woodland Heights, on a plat prepared and certified by RE. Smith, GA RLS 262., which plat is recorded in Plat Book 1B, Page 43, Haralson County Public Records. Said plat and the record thereof are each by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof for a more complete and accurate description, in the year 2006, said property is addressed as 122 Woodland Circle, Bremen, Georgia 30110, according to the present system of naming and numbering streets and houses and bears the Tax Identification Number 0080-A-0019. This conveyance is made subject to all zoning ordinances, easements and restrictions of record affecting said bargained premises.
 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
