NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COLUMBIA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Thomas Edward Inglett to First Union National Bank dated 9/7/2001 and recorded in Deed Book 2795 Page 130, Columbia County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Wells Fargo Bank, NA, s/b/m to Wachovia Bank, National Association f/k/a First Union National Bank, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $56,300.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on July 07, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land, together with any and all improvements thereon, lying and being in the 1285th District G.M.. Columbia County, Georgia, containing Twenty-Three (23) acres, more or less, and bounded as follows: North by lands now or formerly of Banks and lands, now or formerly, of A.L. Morris; East by lands, now or formerly, of A.L. Morris and lands, now or formerly, of Floyd; South by Grovetown-Harlem Public Road; and West by lands, now or formerly , of Ruth C. Inglett and lands, now or formerly, of Ruby Banks, formerly Hubbard Estate. JC The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
