ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by JAMES R. ROWELL AND CYNTHIA RENEE ROWELL to COLONY BANK dated September 4, 2012, recorded in Deed Book 290, Pages 387-392, Wilcox County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the amount of Sixty-One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Three Dollars and 49/100 ($61,673.49) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Wilcox County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2015, the following described property:All that tract or parcel of land in Lot of Land 213 in the First Land District of Wilcox County, Georgia, being more particularly described and designated as Tract "3" on a Plat of Survey, prepared by Grady Boney, Surveyor, dated November 27, 1984, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 172, Wilcox County Records.
