FORECLOSURE RIGHT OF REDEMPTION Take notice that: RALPH SHANE MOORE The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: PARCEL I: All that tract or parcel of land being in the: State of Georgia, County of Hart, 1117th G.M., District being 1.00 acres, more or less. As shown in Plat Book 27, Page 112. Or as further described in Deed Book 213, Page 411. Being known as Tax Map & Parcel C41008, Hart County, Georgia. THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to all zoning ordinances, easements, rights-of-way for public roads and public utilities and any restrictions of record affecting said described property. Re: Deed Book 757, Page 101, Hart County Public Records. PARCEL II: All that tract or parcel of land being in the: State of Georgia, County of Hart, 1117th G.M., District being 0.79 of an acre, more or less. As shown in Plat Book 27, Page 242. Or as further described as Tract 3 in Deed Book 305, Page 698. Being known as Tax Map & Parcel C41010, Hart County, Georgia. THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to all zoning ordinances, easements, rights-of-way for public roads and public utilities and any restrictions of record affecting said described property. Re:Deed Book 757, Page 100, Hart County Public Records. Will forever expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 27th day of June, 2015. The tax deeds to which this notice is related are dated the 6th day of May, 2014, and are recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Hart County, Georgia, in Deed Book 757, at pages 100-101.
