NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given by Thelma D. Breland to SunTrust Bank, dated May 15, 2003 and filed July 11, 2003, recorded in Deed Book 1186, Page 293, Glynn County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure an Access 3 Equity Line Account Agreement and Disclosure Statement in the original principal amount of Fifty thousand dollars and no cents ($50,000.00), (Later modified) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on Tuesday June 2, 2015, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, and in that certain subdivision in said county well-known as Goodyear Park Extension, and a map and plan of said subdivision being of record in plat records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, and the lands hereby described and conveyed being designated as all of lot number eighteen (18) and the Western Fifty (50) feet of lot number seventeen (17) in block no. 6 of Goodyear Park Extension Subdivision, and the said lands being more particularly described as follows, to-wit; beginning at the intersection of the Eastern line of Starling Place with the Northern line of Oriole Street and running thence in a Northerly direction along the Eastern line of Starling Place a distance of 97.75 feet; thence at right angles to the last described line and in an Easterly direction a distance of 130 feet; thence at right angles to the last described line and in a Southerly direction a distance of 97.75 feet to the Northern line of Oriole Street; and thence at right angles to that last described line and in a Westerly direction along the Northern line of Oriole Street a distance of 130 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to restrictions, reservations, easement, covenants, oil, gas or mineral rights of record if any. Being the same property conveyed to Thelma D. Breland, sole surviving by deed from Glenarvan B. Breland, deceased dated 1/5/1999 and recorded 1/7/1999 in the Glynn Clerk's office in 0536/204 Known: 2701 Oriole St Parcel: 03-07796 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Access 3 Equity Line Account Agreement and Disclosure Statement and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given). Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable), any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above.
