Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by ABIGAIL E COVINGTON AND MARK A COVINGTON to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ("MERS") AS NOMINEE FOR PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P , dated 05/23/2007, and Recorded on 05/24/2007 as Book No. 2233 and Page No. 45?59, AS AFFECTED BY BOOK 3344, PAGE 271, GLYNN County, Georgia records, as last assigned to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $313,600.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the GLYNN County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2015, the following described property: ALL OF THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 27TH G.M.
