MCDUFFIE to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. dated September 30, 2011, filed for record October 5, 2011, and recorded in Deed Book 2911, Page 315, GLYNN County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated September 30, 2011 in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($151,273.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at GLYNN County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2015, the following described property: THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF GLYNN, STATE OF GEORGIA AND BEING DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT OF SURVEY TITLED 'FINAL PLAT OF MAJESTIC OAKS, PHASE 1, PATIO HOME LOTS' PREPARED BY SOUTHEAST LAND SURVEYING COMPANY, INC., D. LAVONE HERRIN, G.R.L.S.
