Foreclosure of Right to Redeem
TO: TIMOTHY JAMES NIXON, HIS HEIRS, OCCUPANTS OF THE PROPERTY, AND ANY AND ALL PERSONS HAVING OF RECORD ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN, OR LIEN UPON, THE PROPERTY
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the 242nd District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia, and being Tract 3, containing 4.002 acres, more or less, according to survey and plat entitled “Survey for Johnny E. Nixon & Angela Keen,†made by James Robert Cheatham, Registered Land Surveyor dated February 21, 2000 and recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 32, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, reference being made thereto for a complete description.
As described in Deed Book 22A, Page 41. Further described as Map & Parcel 042022B1.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of June, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of July, 2012, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 63D, pages 56-57, Jackson County, Georgia Deed Records.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 30th day of June, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Edge Family, LLC, Attn: Ray Edge, 1108 Ednaville Road, Braselton, Georgia 30517.
