CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY of COWETA By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from MILDRED CARTER to HOME123 CORPORATION dated March 10, 2006, filed for record March 20, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 2930, Page 361, COWETA County, Georgia Records as last transferred to DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY, ABS CAPITAL I INC TRUST 2006-NC4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC4 by assignment recorded in Deed Book 3575, Page 872, COWETA County, Georgia Records, corrective assignment recorded in Deed Book 4194, Page 519, COWETA County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated March 10, 2006 in the original principal sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($80,000.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at COWETA County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2015, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 25 OF THE 5TH DISTRICT, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 216, WESTGATE PARK SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 253, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH RECORDED PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE AND MADE A PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
