O'NEIL said plat being recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 115A, Colquitt County records, and being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCE at the intersection of the centerline of Nugent Road (County Graded road) with the East line of Land Lot 158; thence run North 89 degrees 42 minutes 26 seconds West along the centerline of Nugent Road a distance of 401.84 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving the centerline of Nugent Road, run South 00 degrees 17 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 253.90 feet to a point; thence run North 89 degrees 42 minutes 26 seconds West a distance of 193.12 feet to a point; thence run North 09 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds East a distance of 257.54 feet to a point in the centerline of Nugent Road; thence run South 89 degrees 42 minutes 26 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet to the point of beginning.
