gpn11 CN6082 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, CATOOSA COUNTY Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed from AMY WINKLES to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR WEICHERT FINANCIAL SERVICES, dated JULY 11, 2008, and recorded on JULY 14, 2008 in DEED BOOK 1445, PAGE 106, of the CATOOSA County, Georgia Records; as last assigned to GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, by Assignment dated JANUARY 30, 2015 and recorded on FEBRUARY 9, 2015, recorded at DEED BOOK 1759, PAGE 496, aforesaid records; conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of TWO HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED Dollars and 00/100 ($203,300.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of CATOOSA County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first TUESDAY in JUNE, 2015, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Original Land Lot No. 313 in the 9th District and 4th Section of Catoosa County, Georgia, and being known and designated as Lot No. 61 Farming Rock Meadows Phase I as shown by a plat of said subdivision of record in Plat Book 20, Page 16-18 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Catoosa County, Georgia. Subject to restrictions recorded in Deed Book 1192, Page 592 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Catoosa County, Georgia. Subject to a 30 foot front (40 foot front on Farming Rock Road) 10 foot side and 25 foot rear building setback line. Subject to no parking in right of way. Subject to a 10 foot drainage easement which straddles all side and rear lot lines. Subject to all lots being a minimum of 80 feet in width at building line. Subject to a 5 foot utility easement as shown on recorded plat.
