NOTICE OF JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE BY ORDER OF THE COURT
Pursuant to an Order of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County entered on April 22, 2015 against Defendant Robert P. Myers, Jr. and the other named Defendants (Civil Action Number 14A-09939-2) and issued by the Honorable Debra Turner, the Sheriff of Gwinnett County will on the first Tuesday in June, 2015, during the legal hours of sale at the courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash the following property in satisfaction of said Order:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in land lots 303 and 315 of the 6th District of Gwinnett County, Georgia, being Lot 11, Block B, River Valley Estates, Unit Three, as per play recorded in Plat Book 9, page 128, Gwinnett County Records, said plat being incorporated herein and made a part hereof for a more complete description; being improved property known as 3892 Centre Court, according to the present system of numbering houses in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
Said property will be sold to satisfy the indebtedness referenced in the Order.
