The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five oclock (5 p.m.) on and after June 16, 2015 or within 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 294, 6TH DISTRICT, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA; BEING LOT 5, BLOCK B, FRANK MATTISON SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 74-B, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE AND MADE A PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
That property known as 3888 ABBOTTS BRIDGE ROAD a/k/a 3888 GA HWY 120 according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number R6294005.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated April 1, 2014 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 52893 Page 873.
The property may be redeemed on or before the time and date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
