Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five oclock (5 p.m.) on and after June 29, 2015 or within 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being 1.325 acres, more or less, in Land Lot 61, 5th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at a point located on the southeastern right-of-way of Rockdale Circle (60 foot right-of-way) at an iron pin located 148.63 feet south of the intersection formed by the southeastern right-of-way of Rockdale Circle (60 foot right-of-way) and the southern right-of-way of Little Forest Ct (50 foot right-of-way); thence running along the southeastern right-of-way of Rockdale Circle (60 foot right-of-way) and following the curvature of an arc 200.00 feet to a point (said arc having a chord bearing of south 34 degrees 51 minutes 27 seconds west, and a chord length of 19.88 feet); thence continuing along said right-of-way following the curvature of an arc 91.62 feet to an iron pin (said arc having a chord bearing of south 54 degrees 58 minutes 57 seconds west and a chord length of 91.38 feet); thence running south 63 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds east 6.11 feet to a point and the true point of beginning; thence running south 63 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds east 164.56 feet to an iron pin, thence running south 07 degrees 55 minutes 03 seconds west 303.30 feet to an iron pin; thence north 79 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds west 135.67 feet to an iron pin; thence running north 06 degrees 00 minutes 41 seconds west 324.54 feet to a point; thence running following the curvature of an arc 67.70 feet to a point and the true point of beginning (said arc having a chord bearing of north 66 degrees 48 minutes 15 seconds east, and a chord length of 67.60 feet). Said property is the same 1.325 acres shown and depicted on that plat of survey prepared by Von Itter & McGee, Inc. for Grady Bennett dated December 03, 2004. Said plat of suvey is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference.
That property known as 2050 ROCKDALE CIRCLE according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number R5061381.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated April 1, 2014 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 53415 Page 898.
The property may be redeemed on or before the time and date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
