CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COWETA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Richard C Lowe to National City Mortgage Co dba Commonwealth United Mortgage Company dated 12/14/1998 and recorded in Deed Book 1344 Page 655, Coweta County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by PNC Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Natiional City Real Estate Services, LLC, successor by merger to National City Mortgage, Inc., foremerly known as National City Mortgage Co. doing business as Commonwealth United Mortgage Company, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 210,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on June 02, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 24 OF THE 6TH DISTRICT OF COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING LOT 40 OF SPRINGWATER PLANTATION SUBDIVISION, PHASE I AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 179-181, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA RECOHDSS REFERENCE TO SAID PLAT IS HERBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY CONVEYED HEREIN. This sale will be made subject to any right of the United States of America to redeem the hereinabove described property within 120 days from the sale date aforesaid, in order to satisfy certain outstanding federal tax liens.
