Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Robert C. Gray and Amy K. Gray to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB, dated November 6, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 3279, Page 293-306, Coweta County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America by assignment recorded on October 15, 2012 in Book 3853 Page 825 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Nineteen Thousand and 0/100 dollars ($119,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on June 2, 2015, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 29 of the 6th District of Coweta County, Georgia being Lot A-9 of Legacy Estates Subdivision, Phase A, as shown on that certain plat of said subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 208, Coweta County, Georgia Records, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more accurate description of the metes and bounds of said Lot A-9.
