NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
GEORGIA, RABUN COUNTY
Take Notice That this Right to Redeem is directed to all persons and entities, that have not been previously served with Notice Of Foreclose Of Right to Redeem, claiming title under them and any and all persons and entities claiming an interest in and to the following described property:
Take Notice That: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land being in the State of Georgia, County of Rabun, City of Sky Valley, Land Lots 169, of the 2nd Land District of Rabun County, Georgia and being the lot designated as unit Three (3), of Sky Area Apartments Subdivision, South Meadows Area, part 1, Group Four (4), of said subdivision and said lot being more fully described in a Plat of Survey prepared by James A. Long, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1579, dated March 20, 1973 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Rabun Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia, in plat book 11, page 39. Reference is had and made to said plat and the records of the same for a more full and complete description of said lot known and designated as Unit Three (3) herein described.
Said property being the same property conveyed from Kenneth M. Harris and Janet M. Harris to The Harris Family Trust, recorded in Deed Book K24, Page 232, Rabun County, Georgia Records dated June 2, 2003. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after May 15th, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th Day of March, 2014 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia, in Deed Book E41 pages 70 & 71.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of May, 2015 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 540 Woodland Drive, Gainesville, Georgia, 30501. Please be governed accordingly. John W. Roberts.
