Notice of Foreclosure Of Right To Redeem This notice is to: Charles W. Haynes, Jr., Michele A. Haynes, Wachovia n/k/a Wells Fargo and other known or unknown parties with a legal interest, and all the world and any other known or unknown parties holding any right, title, or interest in or lien upon the below listed property. Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All tract or parcel of land lying in the 11th District and 2nd Section, of Gilmer County, Georgia, and a part of Land Lots 140, 149 and 176, and designated as Lot 2185, of Eagle's Mountain Resort, Unit 50, as shown on a plat of survey prepared by Burns L. Jeffries, GRLS No. 2036, and recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 53, Gilmer County, Georgia Records, to which reference is hereby made for a complete and accurate legal description. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 4th day of June, 2105. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of April, 2014, is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1862, Page 434.
