NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM To: Gregory Steuner, Lisa Steuner, their heirs and assigns and to any person claiming an interest in the property described herein: RCB Capital LLC hereby gives Notice that it intends to forever foreclose the right of redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as: All and only that parcel of land, with improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 083-0-017-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, containing .30 acres, more or less, described in Deed Book 1055, Page 2340, the description contained therein being incorporated by this reference, known as 2311 Gaskill Road. The right to redeem said property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 28th day of July, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of August, 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1451, Page 1464.
