TENANT / OWNER / OCCUPANT OF 0 LANCELOT LOOP, LOT 107, BLOCK MM OF KINGWOOD ESTATES AND ALL PERSONS KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE INTEREST IN, OR LIEN UPON 0 LANCELOT LOOP, LOT 107, BLOCK MM OF KINGWOOD ESTATES
RE: FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION FOR TAX SALE DEED (REF. O.C.G.A. 48-4-45, 46)
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five oclock (5 p.m.) on and after August 28, 2017 or 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 24 OF THE 4TH LAND DISTRICT OF RABUN COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING ALL OF LOT NO. 107, BLOCK MM, OF KINGWOOD ESTATES AND CONSISTING OF 0.36 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AS SHOWN ON THAT PLAT OF THE SURVEY PREPARED BY WILLIAM F. ROLADER, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. 2042, DATED SEPTEMBER 16, 2004, LAST REVISED OCTOBER 21, 2004, AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 157, CLERKS OFFICE, RABUN COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT AND REFERENCED TO SADI PLAT BEING FOR THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF INCORPORATING ITS DESCRIPTION HEREIN. CONVEYED HEREWITH IS A PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR ACCESS INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE SUBDIVISION ROADS TO AND FROM THE ABOVE-REFERENCED TRACT OF LAND TO THE PUBLIC ROAD SYSTEM. That property known as 0 LANCELOT LOOP, LOT 107, BLOCK MM OF KINGWOOD ESTATES according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number 052B 319.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated June 7, 2016, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia in Deed Book A43 Page 429.
The property may be redeemed on or before the time and date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
