NOTICE OF JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE BY ORDER OF THE COURT
Pursuant to an Order of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County entered on May 26, 2017 against Defendant Gloria Nohemi Navarro and the other named Defendants (Civil Action Number 16-A-11328-3) and issued by the Honorable Kathryn M. Schrader, the Sheriff of Gwinnett County will on the first Tuesday in August, 2017, during the legal hours of sale at the courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash the following property in satisfaction of said Order:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 35 OF THE 5TH DISTRICT OF GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING A 1.65 ACRE TRACT OF LAND FULLY DESCRIBED IN GWINNETT COUNTY PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 24B AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS 3502 SKYLAND DRIVE AND GWINNETT COUNTY TPID: R5035-079.
Said property will be sold to satisfy the indebtedness referenced in the Order.
