NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION

Take notice that: Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 48-4-45 and 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on July 27, 2017 The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated June 7, 2016, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia, in Deed Book 54389 at Page 902.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the close of business on the aforementioned barment date, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Madison Trust Company as Collateral assignee of Stonefield Investment Fund IV, LLC at the offices of the law firm of Clark Law Group, LLC, 17 Executive Park Drive, Ste. 480, Atlanta, Georgia 30329.
