NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM REAL PROPERTY FROM TAX SALE
Tract 19, Cartecay Lakes Subdivision, Gilmer County, Georgia
Map No. 3110B 019
To: Jens Brian Marcussen and Rose Marie Marcussen, Cartecay Lakes
Association, Inc., and any other parties with an interest in the
captioned real property.
Please Take Notice:
That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 3110B 019,
lying and being in Land Lot 75 of the 6th Land District, 2nd
Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, containing 2.42 acres, more or
less, being Tract 19, Cartecay Lakes Subdivision, shown in Plat Book
19, Pages 63-67, the description contained therein being
incorporated herein by this reference, being a portion of the
property described in Deed Book 984, Page 354, located on Spring
Lake Drive.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st
day of July, 2017.
The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated 7th day of June,
2016, and recorded in Deed Book 1985, page 90, Office of Clerk of
Superior Court, Gilmer County, Georgia.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 31st day of July,
2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by
law to the undersigned at the following address: 15 North Avenue,
Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
