STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF FANNIN NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT TO REDEEM Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot Numbers 259, 260, 296, 281 and 282, in the 7th District and 2nd Section of Fannin County, Georgia, and being Lot No. 98, of the Harry P. Mays Subdivision and being more fully described according to a plat by E.M. Smith, Registered Land Surveyor, Dalton, Georgia, dated March 16, 1970, and recorded in Plat Book 4, page 228, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court, Fannin County, Georgia. As described in Deed Book 493, page 590. Further described as Map & Parcel 0019A095. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of August, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of June, 2016, and was recorded on July 8, 2016, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1172, at pages 415-416. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 1st day of August, 2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Angela Stewart DeLorme, Attorney for Purchasers John T.
