Notice of Right to Redeem Real Property from Tax Sale Lot 32, Riverwood Subdivision, 8th District, 2nd Section, Fannin County, Georgia Map No. 00450499S To: Fannin County Bank, N.A. and any other parties with an interest in the captioned real property. Please Take Notice: That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th District and 2nd Section, of Fannin County, Georgia and being part of Land Lot No. 266 and being designated as Lot 32, of the Riverwood Subdivision as shown on a plat of survey by Lane S. Bishop, G.R.L.S. No. 1575 and Shelly J. Bishop, G.R.L.S. No. 2536, dated July 15, 1995 and recorded in Plat H-A-251, Pages 5-7, Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia. Said recorded plat is incorporated herein by reference thereto for a more complete description of the property herein conveyed. As described in Deed Book 244, Page 432. Further described as Map & Parcel 00450499S. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of July, 2017. The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated 7th day of June, 2016, and recorded in Deed Book 1172, pages 433-434, Office of Clerk of Superior Court, Fannin County, Georgia. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 31st day of July, 2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 15 North Avenue, Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
