NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed given by Dorian Lambert, Sr. to Thomas & Beatrice G. Ruffin, dated January 6, 2017, and filed for record January 17, 2017 in DEED BOOK 1564, PAGE 2243, Richmond County, Georgia records, conveying the after-described property to secure an indebtedness in the original principal amount of Twenty Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Two AND 50/100THS ($22,482.50) DOLLARS, with interest thereon as provided therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2017, the following described property: All that lot or parcel of land, containing 7.30 acres, more or less, situated and located in the 124th District, Richmond County, Georgia and being designated as Tract "A" on a plat made for Calhoun Wiley, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia on April 7, 1976, in Realty Reel 59, pages 979-984. Thomas Ruffin and Beatrice G. Ruffin received title to the property from Calhoun Wiley by Warranty Deed dated March 13, 1978 and recorded March 30, 1978 in said Clerk's Office of Richmond County in Realty Reel 90, at page 1902. This property is conveyed subject to any and all covenants, restrictions, reservations and easements of record in said Clerk's Office.
