NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Dorothy M. Norwood to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Professional Lending, LLC, dated March 31, 2008, and recorded in Deed Book 01187, Page 2578, Richmond County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Branch Banking and Trust Company by assignment recorded on May 19, 2017 in Book 1580 Page 18 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Ninety-Eight Thousand Sixty-One and 0/100 dollars ($98,061.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on August 1, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being known and designated as Lot 1 of Block B, Section 1, of BELFAIR LAKES SUBDIVISION, as shown on a plat prepared by James G. Swift & Associates dated October 25, 2001 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Book 771, at page 2416. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds and location of said property. SAID property is conveyed subject to any and all applicable easements, restrictions and covenants recorded in said Clerk's Office. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
