Fischer, as Administrator of the Estate of Glenda F. Fischer and individually as the sole heir of Glenda F. Fischer, Unknown Heirs of Alma B. Ercolano, Unknown Heirs of Glenda F. Fischer, JPMorgan Chase Bank, successor to Murray Federal Savings and Loan Association, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., GMAC Mortgage Corporation, Worldwide Asset Purchasing II, LLC, LVNV Funding, LLC, Synchrony Bank f/k/a GE Money Bank, TD Bank, NA, successor to Target National Bank, Dell Financial Services, LLC and Gwinnett County, Georgia, Civil Action No. 16-A06555-1 in the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, State of Georgia, Partners for Payment Relief DEII, LLC will sell at public outcry before the door of the Courthouse of Gwinnett County, Georgia during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August 2017, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property (the Property), to wit:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 44 OF THE 7TH DISTRICT OF GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 15, BLOCK A OF THE HIGH SIERRA SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 6 OF GWINNETT COUNTY RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEROF BY REFERENCE.

That tract or parcel of land conveyed by deed to ERCOLANO ALMA B recorded at Deed Book 5664, page 1. Improved property is known as 1517 High Sierra Dr and Tax Parcel I.D. # R7044 104 per records of the Gwinnett County Tax Commissioner and Tax Assessors.
Said property will be sold as the property of the Respondent Property, Walter F. Fischer, as Administrator of the Estate of Glenda F. Fischer and individually as the sole heir of Glenda F. Fischer, Unknown Heirs of Alma B. Ercolano, Unknown Heirs of Glenda F. Fischer, JPMorgan Chase Bank, successor to Murray Federal Savings and Loan Association, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., GMAC Mortgage Corporation, Worldwide Asset Purchasing II, LLC, LVNV Funding, LLC, Synchrony Bank f/k/a GE Money Bank, TD Bank, NA, successor to Target National Bank, Dell Financial Services, LLC and Gwinnett County, Georgia and will satisfy ONLY the indebtedness referenced in the Order.
