NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, GWINNETT COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Jasmine Williams to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as a nominee for Shelter Mortgage Company L.L.C. dated 10/7/2015 and recorded in Deed Book 53878 Page 833 Gwinnett County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by New Penn Financial LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 147,283.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on August 01, 2017 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 2 of the 6th District of Gwinnett County, Georgia being more particularly described as follows. Ellis a distance of 687.15 feet to an iron pin found, thence north 79 degrees 23 minutes 25 seconds east along the land now or formerly belonging to WP Tatum Company a distance of 321.94 feet to an iron pin found on the southwesterly right of way of said Mink Livsey Road, said point being described as south 08 degrees 07 minutes 55 seconds west a distance of 265.99 feet from an iron pin found where the northeast side of said Mink Livsey Road intersect the northwesterly side of Caleb Road (80R/W) running thence North 07 Degrees 54 minutes 24 seconds West along the right of way of Mink Livsey Road, a distance of 161.25 feet to point thence continuing along the southwesterly right of way a distance 264.21 to a point; thence continuing north 33 degrees 16 minutes 48 seconds west a distance 263.69 feet to an iron pin found on the right of way of Mink Livsey Road said point being the point of beginning The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
