NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT
STATE OF GEORGIA,
COUNTY OF CHATTOOGA.
Whereas, heretofore on July 31, 1999, Leon Taylor executed and delivered a certain Security Deed to Linda C. Winter for the purpose of securing indebtedness described therein, which Security Deed appears of record in Deed Book 340, page 176, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia, reference to which deed is hereby made for its full terms, provisions and conditions.
Whereas, the debt secured by said Security Deed aforesaid has become in default as to the principal and interest and the holder thereof has declared the entire indebtedness at once immediately due and payable;
Now, therefore, pursuant to the terms, provisions and conditions of the aforesaid Security Deed and the laws in such cases made and provided, the undersigned will offer for sale and will sell for cash on the Wednesday immediately following the First Tuesday in July, to-wit: July 5, 2017, between the legal hours of sale at Public Outcry before the Courthouse Door in Summerville, Chattooga County, Georgia, the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot No. 115 in the 14th District and 4th Section of Chattooga County, GA and being Tract No. 7 as shown on a plat prepared by K. C. Campbell, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2256, dated December 9, 1994 entitled Plat of Survey for Linda C. Winter, and recorded in Plat Book 8, page 29 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more specific description of said property.
Property known as 3971 Oak Hill Road, Lyerly, Georgia, 30730.
Said property will be sold subject to any unpaid taxes.
Said property will be sold at Public Outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash in bar of all equity of redemption; and will be sold as the property of Leon Taylor, the maker of the aforesaid Security Deed, his heirs, administrators and assigns, and the said sale proceeds shall be used first for the payment of said note, principal, interest, expenses and attorney's fees and the balance, if any, distributed as provided under Georgia Law.
Linda C. Winter, 1460 Back Penn Road, Summerville, Georgia, 30747, shall have full authority to negotiate, amend and modify all terms of the mortgage with the debtors.
This law firm is attempting to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
