IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, STATE OF GEORGIA, CIVIL ACTION FILE NO. 2016-CV-00441. WILLIAM H. JACKSON and JAN D. JACKSON, Plaintiffs, v. AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY; BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OAKLAND PARK; all persons unknown who claim or might claim adversely to that Lot in Augusta, Richmond County, State of Georgia, formerly the village of Summerville, having a frontage of 34.68 feet, more or less, on the West side of Hickman Road (formerly Telfair Street, said lot being the southern portion of Lot No. 2 on a plat in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 8-M, page 17; and all persons unknown who claim or might claim adversely to Parcels "A" or "B" of that certain survey attached to this Complaint for Quiet Title, said parcels being twenty-six (26 feet of frontage directly to the south of the aforementioned Lot, bounded on the west by Meigs Street, on the south by Hickman Park, and on the east by Hickman Road, Defendants. SUMMONS TO ALL PERSONS UNKNOWN: You are hereby summoned and required to file with the Clerk of said court and serve upon the Plaintiffs' attorney, whose name and address is: Jeffrey F. Peil, Charles T. Huggins, Jr., P.C., 7013 Evans Town Center Blvd., Suite 502, Evans, Georgia 30809, an answer to the complaint which has been filed, within 60 days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
