RICHMOND COUNTY JULY 2017 TAX SALE SHERIFF'S SALE STEVEN B. KENDRICK EX-OFFICIO SHERIFF STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND Under and by virtue of certain tax Fi.Fa.'s issued by the Tax Commissioner of Richmond County, Georgia, in favor of the State of Georgia and County of Richmond against the following named persons and the property as described immediately below their respective name(s). There will be sold for cash or certified funds at public outcry, at the OLD COURTHOUSE - MUNICIPAL BUILDING at 535 TELFAIR STREET, IN THE COMMISSIONER'S CHAMBERS, 2ND FLOOR, in Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale, on the first Wednesday in July, the same July 5, 2017. They will be sold, beginning at 10:00 AM. The below listed and described properties, or as much thereof as will satisfy the State and County tax execution on the respective individual and property.
