Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of RICHMOND. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by GEORGE WOODS JR. AND GLORIA J. WOODS to EQUITABLE MORTGAGE CORP. OF SAVANNAH , dated 11/25/1998, and Recorded on 12/15/1998 as Book No. 623 and Page No. 1584, RICHMOND County, Georgia records, as last assigned to HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003 HE4 (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $67,200.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the RICHMOND County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Wednesday in July, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF RICHMOND, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 11, BLOCK "G", SECTION II, MEADOW GROVE SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN REALTY REEL 21, PAGES 1878 1885, TO WHICH PLAT REFERENCE IS HEREBY HAD FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt.
