STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF LIBERTY NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE TAKE NOTICE The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain lot tract or parcel of land lying and being in the: 1476th G.M. District, Liberty County, Georgia, containing 1.45 acres, more or less, being shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Timothy W. Easton, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2508, dated May 28, 2007 and being recorded in Plat Book 0-87, Page C, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, said plat by/specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes. Said lot of land being bounded, now or formerly as follows: Northwesterly by lands of Stephen A. Mullice and Mary Mullice; Northeasterly by lands of Virgil Jones and Stacey Jeffcoat and Linda G. Jeffcoat; Easterly by lands of Margaret B. Jones; Southeasterly by Freedman Grove Road 80 foot right of way, all as shown on the above referred to plat of survey. Together with all and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereto appertaining, will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 4th day June 2017. The tax sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 31st day of May 2016, ad is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia in Deed Book 1907 at pages 424-425.
