TAKE NOTICE THAT: THE RIGHT TO REDEEM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT: Map and Parcel # 164-007 All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1892nd G.M. District, of Liberty County, Georgia, containing 14.50 acres, more or less, being shown and designated as Lot 4, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Herman Parker, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 88, dated August 27. 1968 and being recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 269, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes. Said lot of land being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: Northerly by the right of way of County Road; Easterly by Lot 5; Southerly by lands of others; and Westerly by Lot 3, all as shown on the above referred to plat of survey. LESS AND EXCEPT: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1892nd G.M. District, of Liberty County, Georgia, containing one (1) acre, more or less, as shown on a plat of survey made and prepared by C. E. Williams, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1565; dated April 25. 1995, which plat is recorded in Plat Section K-1, Page 4, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, which plat is incorporated wherein by reference thereto. The property herein conveyed is bound, now or formerly, as follows: On the North by Bill Carter Road; On the East by Clarence Maxwell; On the South by Clarence Maxwell; and On the West by Freddie Stevens; All as shown on the above referred to plat of survey. As described in Deed Book 721. Page 187, Liberty County Georgia Records. LESS AND EXCEPT: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1892nd GMD, of Liberty County, Georgia and being known as a 1l00 acre tract, more or less, as shown on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia in Plat Section N-2, Page 1-C. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed. As described in Deed Book 1290 Page 588, Liberty County, Georgia Records. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract or parcel of land, with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever in FEE SIMPLE. As described in Deed Book 1809, Page 780. Further described as Map & Parcel 164007. WILL EXPIRE AND BE FOREVER FORECLOSED AND BARRED ON AND AFTER THE 23rd DAY OF JUNE 2017. THE TAX DEED TO WHICH THIS NOTICE RELATES IS DATED THE 3rd DAY OF MAY, 2016, AND IS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF LIBERTY COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN DEED BOOK 1907 AT PAGE 422-423.
