TAKE NOTICE THAT: THE RIGHT TO REDEEM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT: Map and Parcel # 180-005 All and singular that certain tract, lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1476th G.M. District, of Liberty County, Georgia, containing Two (2) acres, more or less and more definitely located as being on the East side of New Public Road, 210 feet South of Charley Blount Crossing on Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, said new public road leads from a point on the McIntosh-Fleming Public Road at a point about one mile South of Fleming Station, to Charley Blount Old Home Place and is bounded as follows: North, East and South by lands of Herman L. Coffer; West by New Public Road leading from McIntosh-Fleming Public Road via crossing on Atlantic Coast Line Railroad to the old residence of Charley Blount. For a more complete description of said lands, reference is herby made to a survey plat thereof, made by J. Lynn Dobbins, C.E., dated February 15, 1954, which is recorded in deed Book AAX, Page 277, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County Georgia. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract or parcel of land, with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever in FEE SIMPLE. As described in Deed Book 878, Page 378. Further described as Map & Parcel 180005. WILL EXPIRE AND BE FOREVER FORECLOSED AND BARRED ON AND AFTER THE 23rd DAY OF JUNE 2017.
