District, of Liberty County, Georgia, containing 1.17 acres, more or less and being designated as Lot No. 5 on a plat of a subdivision of land of the Lenord Roberts (Walter L. Roberts) Estate, dated October 28, 1986, prepared by Earl F. Floyd, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1349, which plat is recorded in Plat Section E-39, Page 3, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia and is incorporated herein by reference thereto.
