NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt from Charlene L. Smalls Diaz a/k/a Charlene L. Smalls to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for The Coastal Bank filed May 29, 2009 in Deed Book 869, Page 14, Bryan County, Georgia records, conveying the after described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $317,300.00; with interest thereon as set forth therein, last transferred to U.S. Bank National Association by Assignment filed for record in Deed Book 1180, Page 910, Bryan County, Georgia records, there will be sold at a public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Bryan County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2017, by U.S. Bank National Association as Attorney-in-Fact for Charlene L. Smalls-Diaz a/k/a Charlene L. Smalls, the following property to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 20th G.M. District, Bryan County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot Number Three Hundred Twenty-Five (325), Richmond Place, Phase 8, on that certain plat prepared by Terry Mack Coleman, G.R.L.S. No. 2486, dated May 9, 2005, entitled "A Subdivision of Richmond Place, Phase 8, 20th G.M. District, Bryan County, City of Richmond Hill, State of Georgia", recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia in Plat Slide 555, Pages 1 & 2, said plat is incorporated herein by this reference for descriptive and all other purposes.
