NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER BRYAN COUNTY, GEORGIA THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Patricia McGraw to Bryan Bank & Trust, dated September 2, 2005, and recorded in Deed Book 549, Page 0505, Bryan County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America by assignment recorded on September 1, 2011 in Book 1010 Page 0498 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Seventy-Two Thousand Five Hundred and 0/100 dollars ($72,500.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on June 6, 2017, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1380th G.M.D. of Bryan County, Georgia, and being known as Parcel 4-A, containing 3.18 acres, more or less, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by R.L. Screws, GRLS No. 433, dated July 12, 1974, and being in Plat Book G, Page 102, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, said plat is by specific reference made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes.
