POLITE to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Investors Corporation, its successors and assigns, dated September 27, 2010, and recorded on October 11, 2010, in DEED BOOK 953, PAGE 0101 of the Bryan County, Georgia Records, as last assigned to PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC (Secured Creditor), conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVEN Dollars and 00/100 ($194,407.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on JULY 5, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING KNOWN AS LOT 69, SUMMER HILL SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1A, AS SHOWN ON "A PLAT OF PHASE 1A, SUMMER HILL SUBDIVISION, 20TH G.M.
