NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER BRYAN COUNTY, GEORGIA THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Andrea Weingarten to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., dated June 22, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 737, Page 0326, Bryan County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC by assignment recorded on January 7, 2015 in Book 1160 Page 0619 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Eight Thousand Five Hundred and 0/100 dollars ($108,500.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on July 5, 2017, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being known as Lot Numbered Seventeen (17), Sterling Creek Plantation, Phase One (1), a portion of the ITT Rayonier Tract, 20th G.M. District, Richmond Hill, Bryan County, Georgia, as more particularly described on that certain Subdivision Map of Sterling Creek Plantation, Phase One, prepared for Great American Builders, Inc., by Helmly & Associates, Inc., on January 11, 1993, revised January 14, 1993, January 25, 1993 and August 12, 1993, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, in Plat Slide 413, Page 10, Plat Slide 414, Page 1, and Plat Slide 417, Pages 6 and 7. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
