Notice of Sale Notice of Sale Under Power This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Under and by virtue of Power of Sale contained in the Georgia Deed to Secure Debt from Gene P. Bond to The CIT Group/Consumer Finance, Inc., dated June 1, 2004, filed for record July 29, 2004, recorded at Deed Book 35-M, Page 165, Jackson County, Georgia Records, in the original principal amount of $85,000.00; as assigned to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., by Assignment dated September 24, 2012, filed for record October 1, 2012, recorded at Deed Book 63-P, Page 672, aforesaid records, , aforesaid records, together with a Promissory Note of equal date and value , with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold, by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse Door at JACKSON COUNTY, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first WEDNESDAY in JULY, 2017, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land together with all improvements thereon, lying and being in GMD 253, Jackson County, Georgia, as shown and delineated on a Plat prepared for Gene Pascal Bond, by Jick A. Page, Jr., Georgia Registered Land Surveyor, dated July 18, 1990, which plat is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Plat Book 34, Page 107, said Plat and the record thereof are hereby incorporated for a full and complete legal description. Said legal description is controlling; property address is commonly known as 328 Cabin Creek Drive, Nicholson, Georgia 30565. Map and Parcel ID #: 013-029C The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of default under the terms of said Security Deed and Note, including, but not limited to, the nonpayment of the indebtedness as and when due. The indebtedness remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same, all expenses of the sale, including attorneys' fees and other payments provided for under the terms of the Security Deed and Note.
