TO: Carlos J. Oliva, and First Charter Bank, as successor-in-interest to HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, and any other individuals or entities that claim any right, interest, or title in the property described herein.
RE: Deed Book 60-I, Pages 473-474

Take Notice That:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 248th District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia, being Lot 179, Pod Q, of Traditions of Braselton Subdivision, Phase 2, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 66, pages 48-53, Jackson County, Georgia records, which recorded plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description.
Subject to any and all restrictions of record if any.
As described in Deed Book 41-E, page 678. Further described as Map & Parcel 105D 179Q.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 14th day of July, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 14th day of July, 2017, by 5:00 p.m., by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Sterling D B Properties LLC of Jackson County, c/o Robert D.
