STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GWINNETT NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN SECURITY DEED On the 26th day of April, 2016, Lilburn Braden Development, LLC, executed a Deed to Secure Debt to First American Exchange Company, LLC, securing an indebtedness of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($556,000.00), plus interest and charges as provided in the Note thereby secured; said Security Deed was recorded on April 28, 2016, in Deed Book 54249, Pages 469-475, Gwinnett County Records. Said Security Deed was subsequently assigned to Rodney Gene Sieg and Pamela Kay Sieg, by Transfer and Assignment dated December 14, 2016, and recorded on March 20, 2017, in Deed Book 54998, Pages 81-83, Gwinnett County Records. By virtue of the power of sale contained in said Security Deed, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder, for cash, before the Courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale, on the first Wednesday in July, 2017 the same being July 5, 2017, (the first Tuesday, July 4, 2017, being a legal holiday), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 137, 138, 144 and 145 of the 6th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
