NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA DEKALB COUNTY By virtue of a power of sale contained in a certain security deed from Patricia Lockhart to Long River Investments, Inc. and dated December 11, 2015, and recorded in Deed Book 54052, Page 7, GWINNETT COUNTY RECORDS deed records, given to secure a note in the original amount of Fifty-Two Thousand ($452,000.00) with interest on the unpaid balance until paid. The following described property will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the courthouse door of GWINNETT COUNTY, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2017: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in Land Lot 192, 6th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia; being known as Unit 1281, of the Springs Condominium, pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium of the Springs Condominium recorded in Deed Book 2473, Page 462, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records as amended by First Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium of the Springs Condominium recorded in Deed Book 2497, Page 30, aforesaid records as per plat in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 74, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, together with (hat undivided Interest In that Common Area of the Springs.
